I'm a bit concerned after finishing my medication with the abortion pill because I'm 4 weeks pregnant and it's been 3 days since I took the misoprostol, but I've only had some spotting and not much bleeding. Does this mean the abortion process isn't complete? I also still feel mild cramps like I'm on my period sometimes. Could you help clarify this for me?

After 48 hrs of taking Mesoprostol, you will see proper clots falling out,if at all those were not seen, only spotting is noted, thatis incomplete abortion, get a scan done for fetal viability and visit gynaecologist for appropriate approach

I'm 25 weeks pregnant and had a cerclage done at 14 weeks. Right now my cervical length is 30 mm is that normal or should I be worried about it shortening further?

A cervical length of 30 mm at 25 weeks, especially after a cerclage at 14 weeks, is generally considered normal and not a cause for immediate concern. While some shortening of the cervix is expected as pregnancy progresses, a 30 mm length indicates the cervix is still within a safe range. However, it's essential to monitor it closely and discuss any concerns with your doctor

I'm a 32-year-old woman with a 3-year-old kid and have been having heavy periods. My gynecologist recommended a pelvic scan, which showed an echogenic polyp measuring 22.7x16.7mm in the anterior endometrial cavity with no color flow. I had a laparoscopic surgery in 2016 and my pap smear was negative. Is this polyp something serious or can I leave it as it is? What should my next steps be?

You should go for HYSTEROSCOPIC removal of polyp and endometrial biopsy for further evaluation as it is showing endometrial hyperplasia You should do your beta HCG measurement also
