i have two kids and my youngest is 6 months old currently breastfeeding i also have low blood counts and need advice on family planning options should i consider open surgery or laparoscopy which one would be better for me

My wife has been dealing with an endometriosis cyst for over a year now. We tried allopathy first and then switched to Siddha medicine for the past 9 months it's helped but hasn't fully cured her.
