I have varicocele grade 1 to 2 and I am facing discomfort in my left testes with a feeling of heaviness will that affect my sexual life and fertility my urine culture report shows E coli infection what are the next steps I should take?

Grade 1 to 2 varicocele is mild but can sometimes affect sperm health or cause discomfort. Since E. coli is present in the urine, it is important to treat the infection with appropriate antibiotics. Avoid heavy weight lifting or straining activities, as these can worsen varicocele symptoms. After treating the UTI, get a semen analysis done to assess fertility.
