i have varicocele in my left testicle and want to know if there are any medicines that can treat it without needing surgery

There are no medications that directly treat varicoceles themselves. However, some medications can help manage pain and discomfort associated with the condition. Over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen can provide relief. Additionally, lifestyle changes, such as wearing supportive underwear, can help with pain management

I have a small egg-like lump near my right testicle inside the scrotum that feels slippery and moves around. It gives me a slight electric shock-like pain that's really bothering me. An ultrasound showed it's a small epididymal cyst. What can be done to drain it or ease the pain? Can meds help or is surgery the only option?
Usually epididymal cysts will not cause any problem and treating them might cause problem including surgery. If there is infection you need to be treated. These cysts will not harm you unless increase in size. Get a check up with urologist.
