I just found out I have a 6.24 cm dermoid cyst in my ovary and my doctor recommended laparoscopy. I'm really hesitant about surgery are there any non-surgical options to get rid of this cyst? Has anyone had success with other treatments?

I've been dealing with constant pain in my lower back and lower abdomen since the end of September after lifting something heavy.
