I just got my NCCT scan results for the PNS area, and I'm kinda worried. It says there's mucosal thickening in the sphenoid sinus and along the walls of my bilateral maxillary sinuses. Also, the posterior air cells of my bilateral ethmoidal sinuses are affected, and the bilateral ostiomeatal units are compromised due to mucosal thickening at the hiatus semilunaris. Should I be concerned about this?

I've been having this sore throat for the past day, and it really hurts when I sleep or take a sip of water. It's pretty uncomfortable and I'm starting to worry a bit. Could this be a sign of something I should be concerned about, or maybe something I need to do to make it better?

Throat pain that worsens during sleep and while drinking water could be due to inflammation or infection. I recommend taking ibuprofen (e.g., Advil) 400mg every 6 hours as needed for pain relief and inflammation. Additionally, you can try lozenges containing benzocaine (e.g., Cepacol) to help numb the throat. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If the pain persists for more than a few days or if you develop other symptoms, please follow up with a healthcare provider.

I accidentally swallowed a chicken bone last night. It didn't hurt going down, but I'm just a bit worried if it might cause me any trouble later on. I had some hot water afterward. Should I be concerned about this?

Usually it will be passed out in your faeces and doesnt cause any problem,no need to worry you can forget about that.
