I just got my NCCT scan results for the PNS area, and I'm kinda worried. It says there's mucosal thickening in the sphenoid sinus and along the walls of my bilateral maxillary sinuses. Also, the posterior air cells of my bilateral ethmoidal sinuses are affected, and the bilateral ostiomeatal units are compromised due to mucosal thickening at the hiatus semilunaris. Should I be concerned about this?

View allI've been inhaling quite a bit of steam lately because of all the COVID stuff going on, and now I'm freaking out a bit. I'm feeling this weird burning sensation running from my throat to my chest. It's been a few days, and now my mouth and tongue are all red and irritated. I'm taking B Complex tablets like Folvite and Sucrafil Suspension for it. I'm worried that maybe I burned my airways with all that steam. What should I do if that's the case, and is there a specific treatment for something like this?
looking at your symptoms, it's not that burns in airways. whatever medications you are taking that's enough

I've been having a lot of pain around my throat, especially near my neck. These pains have been on and off for a while, but for the past 34 days, they've gotten worse. I've noticed a small lump near my Adam's apple, almost like a clot. Has anyone experienced something like this? What should I do?
The persistent and worsening throat pain, along with a palpable mass near the Adam's apple, warrants urgent medical attention; consider consulting an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist
