I live in a PG in Hyderabad, and there's just so much dust and pollution around. I have to deal with it every day on my way to the office, and I'm allergic to dust. Right now, I'm taking Defcort6, Montewoklc, and Oxypur because my doctor suggested them. They work to some extent, but I'm really hoping for a permanent solution because we can't totally escape dust, and I don't want to depend on medication forever. What can I do about this?

View allI'm really concerned about my husband's sneezing issue, especially because it gets worse in the morning and sometimes at other points during the day. He already deals with dry eyes, but the sneezing seems to make it so much worse. Could this be an allergy problem? What kind of treatment should we be looking at?
Your husband's morning sneezing fits, accompanied by dry eyes, suggest an allergic reaction, possibly to dust mites, pollen, or pet dander, which can exacerbate existing dry eye conditions; treatments may include antihistamines, nasal corticosteroids, immunotherapy, or prescription eye drops to alleviate symptoms and manage allergies.

I'm 27 and have been dealing with multiple sneezes, especially in the morning after waking up and during the evening. I also experience a blocked nose and swelling, which I think is due to my dust allergy. I've checked my blood pressure at home, and it reads 11565. Could this mean I'm suffering from low blood pressure? Any advice on remedies for these symptoms?
wear mask, don't exposure to allergens, take warm water

My eosinophil count came out as 5. I'm curious about what could cause it to go up. Is this something I should be really worried about? Also, do you have any good tips or remedies on how to bring the eosinophil count down?
