I live in a PG in Hyderabad, and there's just so much dust and pollution around. I have to deal with it every day on my way to the office, and I'm allergic to dust. Right now, I'm taking Defcort6, Montewoklc, and Oxypur because my doctor suggested them. They work to some extent, but I'm really hoping for a permanent solution because we can't totally escape dust, and I don't want to depend on medication forever. What can I do about this?

Can you tell me if it's okay to take Allegra M long-term? Every time I stop after a couple of days, I get a runny nose, itchy and watery eyes. It's been really helpful for the past two years, but I'm worried if using it for a long time is safe. What do you think?
Prolonged use of allegra M is not recommended, its better to use topical nasal sprays.

I've been dealing with allergies for a couple of weeks now and I'm taking Vepan 500, Citrazin, and Betnasol tablets. Is this the correct dosage for what I'm experiencing? I'm just not sure if this combination is right for managing my symptoms. Any advice would be really appreciated.
