I'm really worried because my SGPT level is 137. I need to get it down in the next 6 days. I've never smoked or drank alcohol, and I've never had jaundice before. What could be causing this, and what can I do to lower it quickly?
To lower your SGPT level within 6 days, you can start by taking Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) with a healthcare provider's guidance. Additionally, you can take Silymarin (Milk Thistle). It is also important to follow a low-fat diet, avoid processed foods, and drink plenty of water to help improve your liver function.

I just took Redotil for my diarrhea, but it didn't seem to work because I still had a stool about 15 minutes after. I'm a bit worried and unsure about what to do next. I have Roko and Imodium at home, but I'm not sure about the right dosage. Can you please give me some advice on what to do?
