I noticed a 6.1mm calculus in my GB lumen and I'm really worried does this size definitely need surgery or can it be treated with meds? I'd like to avoid an operation if possible

I've been on medication for abdominal tuberculosis since September 2019, but I haven't noticed any improvement. In fact, I lost about 8 kg last December when I was hospitalized for severe stomach pain and couldn't eat properly for almost a month, even though I consistently took my meds. Could this be a case of MDR? How can I be sure if it's MDR?
