A cyst on your eye, especially if it's a conjunctival cyst or chalazion (eyelid cyst), doesn't always require treatment, especially if it's small and not causing symptoms. Depending on its size, location, and if it's causing any issues, treatment options include observation, lubricating eye drops, steroid eye drops, draining the cyst, or surgical removal
