I noticed a hard, movable lump on my left cheek near my nose today. It's small but I'm really concerned about it. Could you help me understand what this might be? I'm feeling a bit anxious.

View allI've been noticing these dark bruise-like marks showing up on my lower legs for the last 8 months, and no matter what, they just won't fade away. It's kind of worrying me because they keep increasing. I am on the heavier side, and I'm wondering if my weight might be causing these haematomas, especially when there's pressure on certain spots of my legs. I've talked to a couple of doctors, but none seem to really get what's going on or how to treat it. Is there something else I could try, or some insight I might be missing?

I'm a bit confused about using halotop. Should I apply it before or after I wash my hair? And should I be putting it directly on my scalp or just on my hair? I'm not sure what's best.
You should use Halotop after washing your hair. Apply it directly on the scalp, not on the hair. Use a small amount and gently massage it into the scalp.

I'm a bit worried because yesterday I noticed a bump or something like a pimple on my left nipple, and it was painful. Today, though, the pain's gone, but now there's some itching around it. Plus, I've noticed my left nipple is actually bigger than my right one. Should I be concerned about this?
