I noticed a hard, movable lump on my left cheek near my nose today. It's small but I'm really concerned about it. Could you help me understand what this might be? I'm feeling a bit anxious.

View allI'm experiencing a recurring ringworm-like infection on the tip of my penis that tends to appear after having sex with my wife, even though we're using a condom. Could this be an allergic reaction to the condom? I usually use Candid B ointment, and it seems to help for a bit, but then the issue comes back. What could be causing this, and how can I prevent it from happening again?

I recently started experiencing a warm sensation on my left foot's dorsal side, and it comes and goes really quickly. It just started happening after I cleaned my bathroom with hypochlorite. I've never had this feeling until I did the cleaning, and it was my first time doing it myself. Could the chemical exposure be causing this? I'm a bit worried, and Id really like to understand what might be going on.
