I noticed a small lump under my jaw a few days ago. It doesn't hurt but looks strange. Could this be something serious or is surgery the only way to remove it?

Lump under jaw may be reactive node or cyst; not all need surgery but ultrasound or FNAC can confirm nature—see ENT or surgeon for evaluation.

I have a deviated nasal septum and I'm really hesitant about surgery. I've seen multiple ENTs who all recommend surgery, but I'm wondering if Ayurveda can actually fix this or if it's just a temporary relief. Has anyone had success treating it without surgery?
septoplasty is advised.

I'm dealing with regular throat infections and I'm not sure what I should stay away from or what I should eat on a daily basis to help with it. Are there any medicines or maybe some kind of chewables or syrups that I should consider using regularly? I'm really looking for some advice on how to manage this.
Given the persistent, intermittent jaw pain and normal X-ray results, consider the following next steps: - Consult a dentist to rule out dental issues (e.g., TMJ disorder, tooth grinding) - Schedule an appointment with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for further evaluation - Discuss with your ENT specialist about potential referrals to other specialists (e.g., neurologist, rheumatologist) While the pain may not be severe, it's essential to investigate the underlying cause to prevent potential complications. Possible causes: - Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder - Bruxism (teeth grinding) - Jaw misalignment - Nerve issues - Arthritis or other inflammatory conditions
