I really feel like I can't catch my breath sometimes, even though my PFT and spirometry tests came back normal. I dont have any issues with wheezing or coughing, and my IgE test was normal too. What could be causing this feeling of suffocation?

I'm having a tough time breathing, and it's been like this since last night. My throat also feels itchy, and I'm struggling to breathe properly. I've dealt with acidity and gas issues before, so I'm wondering if they might be related. Could you recommend something to help?
