I recently got my full body test results back, and my bilirubin total is 1.81. It's a bit higher than the normal range, which I understand is between 0.2 to 1.2. Should I be worried about this? What could be causing it, and what steps can I take to bring it back to normal?

View allI've been having this really sharp pain on the left side of my abdomen since yesterday, and its honestly freaking me out a bit. My CT scan today showed something about bowel thickening and pericolic fat stranding in the descending colon on the left iliac fossa. I'm really curious and a bit worried about what might cause this kind of issue usually and what the general treatment might be. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I've been dealing with hepatitis B for a while and I'm currently on tenvir. I've also been struggling with acne and was thinking about trying resoten 20 mg capsules. I'm a bit worried if it's safe to take this medication along with tenvir. Is it okay to use both, or could there be any complications?

I've been feeling some tightness in my mid to lower abdomen and I've noticed my acid reflux has been worse lately. Occasionally, I feel nauseous and I've had a cough that seems to be getting better now, but my bowel movements have been all over the place. What could be causing all this?
Your symptoms, including abdominal tightness, acid reflux, nausea, cough, and irregular bowel movements, suggest possible gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); consider consulting a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, or imaging tests, to determine the underlying cause and develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include dietary changes, antacids, acid reducers, or medication to manage symptoms.
