I recently had an abdominal ultrasound that showed multiple small gallstones in my gallbladder, the largest being 4mm. I haven't had any pain or issues so far do I still need surgery? Also, the scan showed Grade 1 fatty liver how serious is that? Should I be worried?

I'm dealing with this annoying pain on the left side of my abdomen, and I think it might be some gastric issue. The weird thing is, it gets worse after I eat, and it's messing with my toilet routine too. What could be going on? Any insights would really help.

I've been having some gastric pain in my back for the past couple of days. I've tried drinking lots of water and even took some Digene syrup, but it's not helping. What else can I do to relieve this pain?
