I recently had a bit of fever and a sore throat, so I tested myself for COVID 19 antibodies. Could you please help me understand my test report and advise on what it means? I have attached the report for your reference.

COVID 19 IgG positive means past exposure or vaccination. Negative means no antibodies. This test alone cannot diagnose active infection. For current symptoms, consult a doctor and consider RTPCR if needed.

View allSince this afternoon, I have developed cough and mild cold, and by evening, a sore throat with the urge to clear my throat. I do not have fever, body pain, or weakness. I visited my general physician, who said it is likely viral. However, I recently came into close contact with someone who had a cold, although they are fine now. Do I need to get tested? Please advise. I am fully vaccinated and have previously recovered from COVID19.

Is an x-ray or a CT scan better at diagnosing COVID-19?

My report came negative after 14 days of isolation. I would like to know if any precautions need to be taken and for how long, as I have a 3 year old son. Also, my mother in law and father in law are at home. It has been a total of 17 days now. Is any medication required post COVID? When will smell or taste resume? I had a mild infection with no fever or cold before testing. I am also experiencing leg pain, dryness in throat and nose, and weakness post COVID. Am I still infectious? Blood tests including D dimer were fine and oxygen level is 96+. Please suggest?
