I recently had blood tests taken on day 3 of my period. The doctor mentioned an initial stage of a cyst or fibroid. I have regular periods. My TSH level is 5.970. I also underwent an HSG test. I have been reading online that PCOS can affect fertility. I have been married for a year and we are planning to have a baby. I am scared and want to know: Will I be able to get pregnant? Are fibroids or cysts permanent, and can they be treated? I want to get pregnant and would appreciate guidance on my situation.

Early fibroids/cysts and mild hypothyroidism can affect fertility. Both are treatable. Consult gynecologist and start thyroid treatment.

I was prescribed Sysron N tablets to regulate my periods and took the course for 28 days. However, my periods did not become regular and started about a month after completing the tablets. Now I am experiencing heavy bleeding and feeling unwell.
