I recently had a septoplasty and syniche release procedure on my nose, and I'm experiencing unbearable pain now. What could be causing this, and should I be worried? Could it be normal post-surgery pain, or is there something else going on?

I've been experiencing a dry cough whenever I talk and sometimes even when I'm just breathing. I usually deal with sinus issues, but I haven't had any recent cold or fever. Should I be concerned about this cough, and do you think it might be linked to my sinus problem? What could be causing this, and how can I find some relief?

I've been dealing with silent reflux for the past 4 months, and nothing seems to help not even medications like esomeprazole, pantoprazole, or antacids. I've tried lifestyle changes too, but my sore throat won't go away, and my voice keeps getting worse because of vocal cord damage. I've heard mixed opinions about surgery for LPR some say it doesn't work. What do you suggest I do?

A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.

I've been dealing with sinus issues for almost 25 years, and it seems to get worse whenever the climate changes. I've been using Nosikind drops for my nose, which helps a bit but not completely. It usually starts with a scratchy throat, and by the next day, I have a runny nose, body aches, and sometimes a fever. I've tried so many medications but they only seem to work for a short time before my symptoms come back. What else can I do to manage these symptoms better?
