I recently had a swab test done on my right eye, and I'm anxious about the results. Since I've already undergone a DCR surgery on my left eye, I'm quite concerned about the state of my right eye. Can you let me know the outcome of the swab test?

I've been having this odd cold feeling in my eyes all the time, like a menthol sensation. It's kinda like when acetone dries on your skin. I keep squeezing my eyes and just can't keep them open for long without discomfort. I've noticed that air exposure seems to make it worse. It's honestly quite debilitating. Do you have any idea what might be causing this, and what I can do about it?
This sensation in your eyes could be due to dry eye syndrome. I recommend using artificial tears eye drops, such as Systane Ultra, 1-2 drops in each eye 4 times a day. Additionally, you can use a warm compress over your eyes for relief. If the symptoms persist, consult an ophthalmologist for further evaluation.

Is it really necessary for me to wear glasses if I'm working on a computer for 8 hours a day, given my age of 46? I just had my eyes tested and my near vision is 1.25, but my long vision is normal. They said I should start wearing glasses to avoid affecting my eyesight. I'm already using a blue light filter on my laptop and trying some home remedies like splashing water on my eyes in the morning and ensuring my workspace has good ventilation with sunlight and fresh air. I'm hoping to avoid glassesare there any alternatives I should consider?
