I recently had a tumble off my bike and now I've got these open wounds on my palms and knees, about the size of a coin. I've been using soframycin skin cream on them, but I've noticed it forms a dried mass with blood that covers the wound and it really hurts when it comes off. I'm wondering if I should switch to wokadine ointment instead. Any thoughts?

I can understand your concern. I hope you are not in too much pain. You have to clean the would with warm water and with betadine solution. After that apply mupirocin ointment which is available by tradenames like t-bact, b-bact, i-bact, or mupi ointment. After that leave tge wound open. Apply a thin layer over the wound.

View allI've had keratosis pilaris for over 10 years and nothing seems to help - would plastic surgery be an option to finally get rid of these bumps? I've tried all the creams and treatments but my skin still looks rough and red
While plastic surgery isn't a common or typically effective treatment for keratosis pilaris (KP), there are other options that can help improve the appearance of your skin. Keratosis pilaris is a common skin condition that is generally harmless and often resolves on its own with age.

I'm trying to decide between Itraconazole Capsules 200 mg, specifically Itranox 200 or Onitraz Forte. Could you help me understand which one might be better? I'm curious about their differences and if one might have certain advantages or side effects over the other. I want to make sure I'm choosing the right one for my needs.

I'm really worried because both of my hands have turned black due to macular amyloidosis. I've been seeing a doctor for this, but none of the creams they prescribed have worked. Is there any other treatment option available, like laser, that might help?
