Please sir, tell me if there is any problem in my urine test report? I observed smoothness in urine and sometimes irritation, so I went for a urine test.

I had a urine test done at the doctor which was positive for leukocyte esterase and nitrites. However, the culture came back with no bacteria detected. Does this mean I do not have a UTI? What could be other causes for the pain and positive results in my urine test?
