I recently used a clobetasol lotion called Salphin for about a week, but now I need to get more and can't find the same brand. Is it alright to switch to a clobetasol lotion from a different company?

I've been noticing these round, dark brown spots appearing on both my armpits. They don't itch, but they seem to be spreading gradually. Could you let me know what this might be and recommend any good treatments? I'm a bit concerned.
