I recently used a clobetasol lotion called Salphin for about a week, but now I need to get more and can't find the same brand. Is it alright to switch to a clobetasol lotion from a different company?

So, about two months ago, I had a scab on my nose, and after it peeled off, the skin underneath turned pink. It's been two months now, and the pink skin hasn't changed back to its natural color. Should I be worried about this? Is there anything I can do, or is it just a matter of time before the skin tone evens out?
