I sometimes feel shortness of breath. I have done four ECGs in the last seven months, one 2D echo, and all blood tests. Please guide me?

Since your ECGs, 2D Echo, and blood tests are normal, serious heart issues are unlikely. Mild, occasional shortness of breath can be due to anxiety, iron or vitamin deficiency, posture issues, or even mild gastric reflux. Consider getting Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Ferritin, and TSH checked. Simple breathing exercises, a balanced diet, and proper hydration can also help. Track your symptoms to see if they follow any pattern. A simple spirometry test can also be done to check lung function.

Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a Ferritin Test Test
