I suffered from viral fever one month ago. After 2 to 3 days I got red rashes all over my body. Dengue and Chikungunya tests were negative. Now, since one month I am suffering from acute joint pain. My blood report for ANA is strongly positive. Please suggest?

View allI have been noticing white and red patches on both my palms after carrying bags, which disappear within 4 to 5 minutes. This was not happening 4 to 5 years ago.
