I take Disprin twice a day. Is that okay for my body? Are there any side effects I should be aware of?

A year back, my ECG, ECHO, TMT, and Holter tests came back normal, along with normal TSH, lipid profile, vitamin D levels, etc. The doctor thinks it might be panic attacks, but why do I still have this persistent arm pain? If it was a heart issue, shouldn't there have been complications by now? What do you think I should do?

Ive done all the heart tests like ECG and echocardiogram stress test, and everythings come back normal. But I still feel really anxious and notice my heart beating really fast. Should I be worried about this? Is there a chance it could be a sign of a heart attack or something serious?

I'm a bit worried because my mom accidentally took her stamlo 5mg dose in the evening too, even though she's only supposed to take it in the morning. Is it still okay for her to take her regular morning dose tomorrow?
