I took 4 tablets with paracetamol 300g, caffeine 25mg, and phenylephrine hydrochloride 5mg within an hour instead of the recommended 2 every 4-6 hours. I'm 15 and I'm really scared. Am I going to be okay? I had a stomach ache last night but it's fine nowjust having some heavy breathing issues.

I'm a bit confused about tetanus shots. If I get one today and then have an injury in the next few days, do I need another injection right away, or am I covered for a bit? Can you help clarify this?
If you have received a tetanus shot today and then sustain an injury, you typically do not need another tetanus shot unless it has been more than 5 years since your last tetanus vaccination. In that case, you may need a tetanus booster shot within 48 hours of the injury. The recommended vaccine for tetanus booster is Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) and the usual adult dosage is 0.5 mL given intramuscularly.

I got hit in the ribs during a fight, and it's been really painful when I laugh, take a deep breath, or even when I cough. I originally thought it might be a broken rib, but it surprisingly doesn't hurt when I touch it or move my torso around. It's been hurting for four days without any sign of getting better; if anything, it feels like it's getting worse. Do you think this could be a serious problem? Should I consider seeing a doctor?
Orthopedic opinion is advised to the patient.
