I took a blood report voluntarily myself. Kindly see the report and tell me about my heart status. I feel some pain below my left chest. Is any sign in the blood report seen?

Mild chest pain under the left chest could be muscular or gastric. Blood tests alone cannot fully determine heart health. If ECG or cardiac markers were not done, consider further cardiac evaluation.

View allI have a cycle of 35 days and am not sexually active. Last year I got my USG done and it was normal and my blood report showed prolactin level of 70 so the doctor gave me Cabergoline 0.5 and then everything was okay. This month I am four days late and my vagina is dry with no secretions. I am feeling heaviness in the lower abdomen as if my period is going to come but it is late and not coming. Is dryness in the vagina at this time normal. What shall I do? I am really concerned please help asap.

I have been diagnosed with a cyst in my left ovary. I am sexually active and currently taking medication to control my IgE levels. My report states that the left ovary is bulky and shows a well defined uniloculated cystic lesion measuring approximately 39 by 35mm, described as a simple cyst without any internal echoes, septa, calcification, or nodules. My homeopathy doctor said there is nothing to worry about. Is this really normal? What precautions should I take, how can it be treated, and what problems could this cyst potentially cause?
