I took a deworming pill this morning instead of the night. Will it still work the same? And how soon can I take the next dose?

I'm a bit worried because it's been 14 days since I tested positive for COVID, and while I haven't had severe symptoms, I've started feeling a little weak since this morning. I've just got my routine annual blood work back, and my bilirubin level is 1.1. The lab report says it's in the normal range, but being just 0.1 away from the edge makes me a bit uneasy. I do have hypertension and I'm on the generic form of Norvasc, 5mg, plus a low-dose aspirin. I'm very active, working out 5-6 days a weeklifting, running, or bikingand I maintain a healthy diet. I do enjoy some social drinks now and then. Should I be worried? My other numbers came out around the middle of the normal ranges.
