I took a deworming pill this morning instead of the night. Will it still work the same? And how soon can I take the next dose?

I've been feeling like my body has a heat problem recently and I'm not sure what to do about it. Can someone give me some advice or suggestions on how to manage this?

My body has heat problem. To reduce body heat, you can try taking Tab. Paracetamol 500mg twice a day after meals. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water, wear loose and breathable clothing, and avoid spicy and oily foods. Additionally, you can try applying a cool compress to your forehead and neck to help lower your body temperature.

I'm wondering if it's safe to take multivitamin tablets every day without checking with a doctor first. Also, is it necessary to do any blood tests before starting on multivitamins? Just a bit concerned about whether it's really okay to self-prescribe these or if there's something I should watch out for.

take accordingly do not overdose
