I took a misoprostol kit for abortion on June 3rd but my ultrasound on July 1st showed an 11x7 mm retained product of conception in the fundal region. Is it possible for this to pass naturally in my next period or are there any medications that can help besides surgery? Are there alternative treatments in Ayurveda or Homeopathy?
