Testing on the first missed day may be too early. Day 11 is within the fertile window, so pregnancy is possible. Repeat test after 2 to 3 days or take a Serum beta hCG Test for confirmation.

Hi, last month I had an HSG test, which was normal. This month, I was given an HCG 5000 injection for ovulation. My left ovary released an egg a few days ago.
