I took a pudin hara pearl and it ended up getting stuck in my throat, bursting possibly because of dryness. After feeling an intense peppermint sensation in my throat and nose, I'm left with this roughness and dryness, feeling like there's something still there. What should I do about this?

For a running nose, consider trying:
Tablets:
- Loratadine (Claritin) - non-drowsy, 24-hour relief
- Cetirizine (Zyrtec) - fast-acting, 24-hour relief
- Fexofenadine (Allegra) - non-drowsy, 24-hour relief
Nasal Sprays (milder than Otrivin):
- Azelastine (Astelin)
- Oxymetazoline (Afrin) - use for only 3-5 days
Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any new medication, especially if you have underlying medical conditions or take other medications.

View allMy eardrum has a hole in it and I heard it's called a ruptured eardrum. I'm not sure whether I should go for medicines or surgery to fix this - which treatment works better and what are the risks of each option?
Most ruptured (perforated) eardrums heal without treatment within a few weeks. Your provider may prescribe antibiotic drops if there's evidence of infection. If the tear or hole in the eardrum doesn't heal by itself, treatment will likely involve procedures to close the tear or hole.

I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's a bit puzzling. Whenever I move my lower lip to the left side, I feel pain in my ear and right above it. It's a similar kind of pain that I get while chewing, though that's a bit milder. Could this be related to something specific, or is it just normal muscle pain? I'm curious if this is something I should be concerned about.
according to my opinion you have to consult ENT speciality for the same
