I underwent IUI on 17th August, and my menstrual cycle is 28 days. Today, I took a urine pregnancy test, but it came back negative. My doctor advised me to wait for some more time. What should I do now? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Why do I feel pregnant but I'm not (I took a pregnancy test)?

Doctor, usually my wife menstrual cycle is between 30 to 35 days. Her last period was on 25th September. Still today, 9th November, her period has not come. Today is her 46th day. Upon checking UPT, we could see a light pink second line within 5 minutes of the test. She is also suffering from mild white discharge. Please let me know if this is a sign of pregnancy?
