I used Dettol on my face about a month ago, and initially, the affected area turned dark black. Now its more reddish with some black spots, and Im also having these small rash-like bumps and a bit of itching. Im wondering if this is part of the healing process? I've been using No Scars cream lately is that okay over Dettol burns, or should I try something else to help with the scarring and irritation?

Is genital warts curable?
Genital warts can be treated, but they can't be cured. You're removing the warts, but you'll still have the virus that causes them. The virus may go away at some point on its own, but there's no way to know for sure. Some people will get warts again and others won't.
