I used to masturbate a lot, like twice a day, and now I feel like my hands and arms have gotten so thin. I'm really worried and wondering what I can do to get bigger arms in the next 20 days. Are there any supplements that could help with this?

View allI'm a bit worried about my thyroid situation. I've been on Electroxin, taking 25 mcg and 50 mcg on alternate days, along with some homeopathic treatment. Recently, my blood test came back with a TSH level of 8.3, but my T3 and T4 levels are normal at 89 ngdl and 7.6 mgdl. I've had thyroid issues for the past 6 years and, initially, I was on 100 mcg of Electroxin. Over the past year, as I began homeo treatments, my doctor gradually reduced the dosage to where it is now. Should I be concerned about the TSH level, and what steps should I take next?

I'm trying to wrap my head around my recent test results. I've been managing diabetes since 2008, but I'm worried because my latest fasting level is 188. I've also got very high VLDL, triglycerides through the roof, and low Vitamin D3. On top of that, my cholesterol is high too. It feels like everything's piling up, and I'm a bit overwhelmed. What could all this mean for my overall health, and what steps should I be taking to get these numbers down?
