I used Veet hair removal cream on my private parts and after a few minutes, the hair started coming off, but now the area is a bit painful and has a red rash. What should I do about this?

I'm really concerned about some changes I've noticed on the skin of my penis head. It's been about 1.5 years and I've developed wrinkles in that area ever since I got married. I'm getting these red, mosquito-bite-like spots that itch a lot, and every day a new one seems to pop up. After a couple of days, they turn into dark spots. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions,once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection,above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
