I was born with two moles on my penisone on the upper part and the other below. Recently, the one below has started to grow, and now it's discharging something like pus. I'm a bit worried about what this could be and what steps I should take for care. Can you help me understand what's going on?

I've been using Erytop lotion for my acne, and recently I've noticed a red swelling on my face. I'm 26 years old and kind of worried about it. Do you think it's a reaction to the lotion, or could it be something else? What should my next steps be?
