I was cleaning my ear with a QTip and think I went too far because it started bleeding. It hurts now, but I can still hear okay. Should I be worried, and what should I do about it?

I've had a voice disorder since birth due to a cleft palate, and my speech isn't clear nobody understands me. I've tried speech therapy multiple times but nothing changed. Could there be an underlying vocal issue surgery might fix? I don't want more therapy if it hasn't helped before. What options do I have to improve my voice clarity?
