I was diagnosed with TB back in May 2019, finished treatment by March, but I've been feeling breathless again. The CT showed scars and calcification, and now, a year later, these issues have come back. Could this mean I'm developing Pulmonary Fibrosis?

I'm a bit concerned because I recovered from COVID-19 about 15 days ago, but I still have some lingering issues. I'm really worried about my dad. It's been 15 days since he got out of the hospital after having COVID-19.
