I was diagnosed with typhoid and recovered a month ago. Now I get a fever every second day. After taking medicine, the fever goes away but returns after a day or two. I remain normal when there is no fever but feel weak. My blood test report shows RBC 3.9, Monocyte 2.0, WBC 13,100, and Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate 34. Please suggest?

The raised WBC and ESR suggest lingering inflammation. This could be post typhoid or a secondary infection. Monitor hydration and nutrition. Do the required repeat CBC and malaria, dengue tests.
