I was diagnosed with varicose veins about a year and a half ago and I've been on medication since. I've been told it's hereditary. But now, I'm experiencing some side effects from the meds. I'm curious if there's a treatment or cure in Ayurveda that could help with this. Could anyone provide some guidance on this?

I'm a bit concerned about using steroid cream for treating phimosis. What kind of side effects should I be aware of? Do you think it's a better option to just go for the operation instead?

-Steroid creams for phimosis can sometimes cause skin thinning or irritation if used long-term. If the condition doesn't improve, circumcision or preputioplasty is a more definitive solution. Consult a urologist to choose the best option for you.

My penis foreskin moved behind the head during intercourse while using a condom, so the head was visible, got red and a bit bigger, but then went back to normal after a while when I pulled the foreskin back forward. There's no pain and everything looks normal now. Is this something to worry about?

Normal.

I'm a 53-year-old guy who's really into staying fitI exercise, walk, and swim daily. Lately, though, my knees have been hurting a lot, especially when I swim or walk. I'm not keen on taking any allopathic meds for this. Can you suggest an ayurvedic treatment or remedy that might help?

Knee pain, especially with your active routine, could be due to overuse or joint stress. Ayurvedic treatments like **Ashwagandha** for inflammation, **Turmeric** for its anti-inflammatory properties, and **Mahanarayan Oil** for local application can help soothe the pain. It's also beneficial to incorporate gentle yoga stretches and avoid excessive strain on the knees. Always consult an Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor the treatment to your specific needs.
