I was in the hospital two months ago because of COVID, which led to COVID lung pneumonia. I've attached an X-ray taken two months after I was discharged. Can you tell me if I should have another CT scan or not?

View allI'm a 22-year-old guy, and I've been smoking for the past year. I've had this chest pain for about 8 months now. I went to a cardiologist, and my cholesterol was high. He told me to lower it, which I did in a month, but the chest pain is still there. I went through ECG, echo, TMT, and a chest X-ray, and everything came back normal. The cardiologist said my heart's fine, but I still feel this pain. It's worse when I bend forward or take a deep breath, and its around the center and left side of my chest. I'm not sure what to do next. Should I be considering a chest CT scan? The cardiologist told me to just ignore the pain and said its not heart-related. I already quit smoking and changed my diet, but the pain hasn't gone away. What should my next step be?
do CT scan and review

I'm really concerned about my friend's oxygen saturation levels. When she's lying down, it's around 85-89, but when she sits up, it improves to 92-93. She's currently on TB medication, and with 2L of oxygen, she can maintain a saturation of 92-95. I just want to know how her saturation can get back to normal levels. Any tips or advice on what we might do differently?
Continue same treatment for 2 days.

I've been using Budamate 400 for my whooping cough for about six days now, but my doctor never mentioned anything about gargling after using it. Lately, I'm experiencing a dry mouth and my throat feels kind of suffocated. Can you help me figure out what might be causing this and what I should do about it?
it resolves on its own
