I was recently diagnosed with bilateral minimal varicocele and the doctor said it's treatable without surgery. I'm unmarried and worried about how this might affect my fertility can you explain if this condition could impact my chances of having kids in the future?

No need of surgery. It would not affect ur Fertility. Wear scrotal support during day time, if u feel comfortable.

View allI've got a penis that's 6 inches in length, and I'm curious if this is enough to satisfy a partner. Also, is there any chance it can grow more since I'm already past 20?
A 6-inch penis length is within the average range, and it is generally considered sufficient for sexual satisfaction. After 20 years of age, significant natural growth is unlikely, as most growth occurs during puberty. Satisfaction in sexual relationships is more about emotional connection and communication than size.
