I was trimming the hair on my testicle, and I accidentally cut my right testis, which started bleeding immediately. I used turmeric powder, and the bleeding stopped, and there's no pain now. I'm looking at my semen analysis report and I'm a bit concerned about the results. It says my progressive motile sperm count is 30, non-progressive motile count is 25, and in total, the motile sperm count is 45. I'm wondering if these numbers are okay when trying to have a baby with my wife, or if I should be consulting a doctor to work on increasing that progressive motile count.
