I was wondering what the difference is between scalp psoriasis and dandruff. I'm a bit worried because I'm dealing with some issues on my scalp and can't tell if it's just dandruff or something more like psoriasis. I've attached a few images hoping you could help me figure it out. Could you take a look and let me know your thoughts?

Scalp psoriasis is a skin condition characterized by red, scaly patches on the scalp, while dandruff is a common condition marked by flaking of the scalp skin. To treat scalp psoriasis, you can use medicated shampoos containing coal tar, salicylic acid, or ketoconazole. In addition, topical corticosteroids or calcipotriene can be applied to the affected areas.

View allHaving just recovered from jaundice a couple of months ago, my friend, whos only 23, is really worried about losing a lot of hair lately. We visited a doctor who suggested using a procapil-based solution, but we're concerned about any side effects or what might happen if she stops using it. Could you shed some light on this?

I've noticed these small, cutting marks and some dryness on my penis foreskin over the past 5 days. It kind of looks like the skin is cracking. I haven't had any sexual intercourse for the last 2 months, so I'm a bit confused about what's causing it. I've tried using folic acid but it doesn't seem to be working. Do you have any idea what might be going on and what treatment I should try?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
