I'm a 17-year-old girl struggling with a ton of pimples on my face, and the usual acne creams haven't really worked out for me. I'm wondering if Metrogyl Gel could be effective for treating my acne?

Metrogyl Gel, containing metronidazole, is primarily used to treat rosacea, a skin condition characterized by redness, inflammation, and acne-like symptoms. While it might help with acne, its effectiveness for this purpose is limited.
For acne treatment, consider the following:
- Benzoyl peroxide-based creams or gels (2.5% or 5%) for mild to moderate acne.
- Salicylic acid-based products (0.5% or 2%) for blackheads and whiteheads.
- Sulfur-based products for their antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Consult a dermatologist for personalized advice and treatment. They may prescribe topical or oral medications, such as retinoids, antibiotics, or hormonal treatments, depending on your acne severity and type.

View allI've been prescribed Keraglo AD antidandruff shampoo, Keraglo XL serum, and Keraglo Men tablets for my hair fall problem, but I'm a bit hesitant and have a few questions. I plan on just using the shampoo and tablets for now, but should I consider using the serum too? Also, I'm curious if there are any side effects I should be aware of with these products. The shampoo has ingredients like Aloe Vera, D-Panthenol, Ichthyol Pale, and Ketoconazole. The serum has Biochanin A, Tetrapeptide-3, and Acetyl Kera XL, with almond oil and Vitamin E. For the tablets, they contain Biotin, Calcium Pantothenate, Elemental Copper, Elemental Selenium, Elemental Zinc, and N-Acetyl L-Cysteine. Any advice would be really appreciated!

I've been dealing with itching and rashes in my private area for about a month now, and it's getting really bothersome. Because of the lockdown, I haven't been able to see a doctor. Is there anything I can do to help with this at home, or should I be worried about something more serious?
Itchiness and rashes in the private area for a month can be due to a fungal infection. You can try using an over-the-counter antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply it twice a day for 2 weeks. Keep the area clean and dry. If there is no improvement or if it worsens, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

I'm really worried about this situation. I used podowart paint on my warts, and after about four days, the warts did fall off, but now my foreskin is swollen, red, and there's a brown discharge coming from my penis. It's painful, and there's been a bit of bleeding starting too. I saw a doctor who prescribed an antibiotic, but it hasn't helped with the pain or bleeding yet. Plus, I'm dealing with diabetes. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I should do next?
