I've been using Morr F 5 solution for a couple of months now for my hair loss, and I'm starting to see some good early results. However, I'm experiencing a lot of flakes, similar to dandruff, on my scalp. I'm pretty sure the alcohol in the solution is causing this. I'm having a lot of trouble with itching and cuts on the skin of my scrotum, even though I've tried using different ointments. It's frustrating because the skin keeps getting dry and the cuts keep coming back. What can I do to finally get rid of this dryness and heal these cuts?

That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.
