I'm 19 weeks pregnant and I got my scan report which says that the placenta is on the posterior wall with grade 3 maturity and is covering the internal OS. Is this something I should be worried about?

I'm kind of worried because my wife's pregnancy test at home came back positive, and when we got a urine HCG test done at the lab, it was positive too. Well dear if there is any chance of contact with the semen then only there are chances of pregnancy...So in your case you don't mention about it so there is no chance of pregnancy
