I'm 19 years old and really want to grow a thicker, fuller beard. Right now, my beard growth isn't as great as I'd like. I have some hair, but it's not as much as I want. Can you give me some tips to help me achieve a fuller beard? I'm really concerned about this and could use your advice. It's pretty important to me.

-At 19, your beard growth is still developing, and genetics play a big role. To encourage thicker growth, focus on a healthy diet rich in proteins, vitamins (like biotin), and minerals, get enough sleep, and avoid stress. Patience is key!

View allI've been using Memopi HC for around 6 years, and it's helped improve my complexion quite a bit. But when I stop using it, my whole face turns red. I'm worried and curious to find out if there's anything else I can try, maybe something more natural, to help with my complexion? What could be causing this redness, and how can I manage it?
Kozicare cream is advised.Side-effects include itching and hypersensitivity reactions

I've been dealing with this itchy skin at the back of my knees for like 15 years now, and it's left me with dark scars because I can't help but scratch. A dermatologist gave me a lotion, oatmeal soap, and some antihistamine about 3 years ago. It all worked while I used it for 3 months, but once I stopped, the problem came back. What can I do to make this itchiness go away for good?

I'm dealing with this macular amyloidosis and it's really getting on my nerves. I've got these pigmentation issues popping up on my upper back, legs, and hands, and now it's spreading to my neck too. The itching is just unbearable in these areas. Im really looking for some guidance on what kind of treatment I should go for. Is there any real cure for this?
Macular amyloidosis is a chronic skin condition that can be challenging to treat. To help manage the pigmentation and itching, I recommend using a topical corticosteroid cream such as Clobetasol propionate 0.05%. Apply a thin layer to the affected areas twice daily for up to 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Loratadine 10mg once daily to help with the itching. It is important to keep the skin well moisturized, so I suggest using a gentle moisturizer like Cetaphil. Avoid scratching the affected areas to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
