I'm 20 and having a hard time with beard and mustache growth. I started seeing some hair on my chin about four years ago, but it never spread out over my whole face. It's been frustrating not seeing much progress since then. Could you suggest some treatments or medicines that might help with full beard growth?

I've been dealing with pimples on my face and body, and I've heard doctors refer to it as acne. For the past two weeks, Ive been taking Hamdard Safi, and it looks like it's helping clear up my acne. However, I'm concerned because Ive read and heard from some folks, including a few doctors, that Safi might have a lot of arsenic, which could be bad for your body, especially your kidneys.
