I'm 20 and I've been having these urinary tract infections for like two years now, having gotten them four times. Just ten days ago, I had another one, and now it's back again. What could be causing this in guys like me, and what can I do to get rid of it?

I've been diagnosed with a grade 2 varicocele on the left side of my scrotum should I be rushing to get surgery or is it okay to wait? I'm really into gym workouts and sports does having a varicocele mean I have to stop those activities completely? Also, is there any link between varicocele and frequent masturbation could it make the condition worse? If surgery is needed, which option is better laparoscopy or embolization?
With Varicocele Grade 2, you can still go to the gym, but take precautions to avoid exacerbating the condition: avoid heavy lifting, bending, or straining, wear supportive underwear or a jockstrap, and take regular breaks to rest and elevate your scrotum; however, consult your doctor or a urologist before starting

I found out I have an epididymal cyst from an ultrasound and allopathic doctors are recommending surgery but I'm curious if there are any effective ayurvedic or homeopathic treatments instead
While surgery is the standard treatment for epididymal cysts, Ayurveda and homeopathy offer alternative approaches. Ayurveda focuses on addressing the root causes of the cyst, potentially using herbal remedies and lifestyle adjustments. Homeopathy considers individual symptoms and constitution, potentially using specific remedies to shrink the cyst. However, it's important to consult with qualified practitioners and consider the potential benefits and limitations of each approach
