I'm 20 and I've been taking Seven Seas cod liver oil capsules without talking to a doctor first. I'm using them because I get some pain in my eyes at night and I also want to help my skin since Im dealing with some small acne. Is taking these capsules good for my health? How much should I be taking each day, and is it safe? Are there any side effects I should be aware of? How long should I keep taking them?

View allI'm dealing with oily and acne-prone skinwhat I can use Venusia cream as a moisturizer? I'm really worried about whether it might block my pores and lead to more acne. What do you think?
Venusia cream is not specifically formulated for oily and acne-prone skin. It may be too heavy and could potentially clog pores, leading to more acne breakouts. I recommend using oil-free and non-comedogenic moisturizers like Cetaphil Oil Control Moisturizer. Apply a thin layer of moisturizer to clean skin twice a day for best results.

I'm really worried about my sister. She's got these small warts on her neck and face, and they seem to be spreading to her chest and armpits. Sometimes they itch, but not always. She's tried using pure turmeric mixed with neem and potato juice, but nothing's really worked. Now she's been using Dettol and says that the burning feeling she had at first isn't there anymore. Do you think it's okay for her to keep using Dettol to get rid of the warts? If you have any other home remedy ideas, that would be great because she's not into the idea of laser treatment and it's really causing her some pain. Any advice?
tjat requires cauterisation,no need to worry visit dermatologist for appropriate management
