I'm 21 and dealing with oily skin and a dark brown complexion. I've got pimples, blackhead scars, and these big pores from acne. Right now, I'm using Contimycin, Clinagel, and Garnier Men oil clear face wash. I'm really hoping to get whiter skin and finally get rid of this acne. Do you have any suggestions or advice on what I should try next?

To address your acne concerns and skin tone, consider adding the following to your routine: a salicylic acid-based cleanser, a benzoyl peroxide-based spot treatment, a niacinamide serum for skin brightening, and a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, while consulting a dermatologist for personalized advice and adjusting your current products as needed.

I've been taking 12 Montek LC tablets every day for the past 3 years to deal with my itching problem. But whenever I try to stop them, the itching comes back immediately the next day. Are there any natural remedies I could try instead? Also, I'm a bit worried about whether using Montek LC for such a long time could be bad for my health.
