I'm 21 and dealing with oily skin and a dark brown complexion. I've got pimples, blackhead scars, and these big pores from acne. Right now, I'm using Contimycin, Clinagel, and Garnier Men oil clear face wash. I'm really hoping to get whiter skin and finally get rid of this acne. Do you have any suggestions or advice on what I should try next?

To address your acne concerns and skin tone, consider adding the following to your routine: a salicylic acid-based cleanser, a benzoyl peroxide-based spot treatment, a niacinamide serum for skin brightening, and a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, while consulting a dermatologist for personalized advice and adjusting your current products as needed.

View allI'm 24 and I'm really worried about my hair loss. In just a couple of years, my hairline has gone back a lot, and I can easily see my scalp now, especially at the back of my head. Ive been trying out stuff like Castor oil, but it doesnt seem to be helping much. Should I consider getting a hair transplant at this age, or is it better to wait? Also, should I keep my hair short in the meantime? Would love your advice on this!

I'm really concerned about my nose piercing. It's been 4 months and it hasn't healed properly yet. There's no pain, but it's discolored and there's redness around the piercing. Plus, there's this black mark and a bump that's not making it look neat at all. Could you please help me understand what's going on and what I can do about it?
It seems like you may be experiencing a keloid or hypertrophic scar formation around your nose piercing. To help with the healing process and reduce the discoloration and bump, you can try using over-the-counter silicone gel sheets to flatten and reduce the scar tissue. Additionally, applying a topical corticosteroid cream like Betamethasone 0.1% twice a day can help reduce inflammation and redness. Make sure to keep the area clean and avoid any trauma to the piercing site.

I've been experiencing a sudden acne breakout on my cheeks and chin for the past 12 weeks, which is really unusual for me since I don't typically get acne. I even got tested for PCOD but that came out negative. I'm really confused and worried about what's causing this. Any ideas on what might be going on?
Sudden acne breakouts on the cheeks and chin in females can sometimes be due to hormonal fluctuations or changes in skincare products. Since your PCOD test results are negative, it's good to rule out hormonal imbalance. You can try using topical treatments containing Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid. I recommend using "Differin Gel" once daily on the affected areas. Additionally, you can use "Cetaphil" gentle skin cleanser twice a day. If the acne persists, consider consulting a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
